TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking is on a first come first served basis
Places can be reserved only on receipt of payment in full. Payments are non refundable
Receipt of a booking implies understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Booking confirmation must be presented for entry to the course
Failure to Attend
Substitutions are acceptable subject to prior notification within 24 hours of course commencement The substitute will receive all course material on behalf of the original delegate.
We reserve the right to alter the programme, the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled a full refund will be made. For all bookings, the liability of shall be limited to the amount of the fee actually paid by the delegate. We shall not be liable where an event is cancelled or cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Registration information, including directions to the venue and timings, will be sent to the delegate by email prior to the event. Delegates are responsible for their own transport arrangements and accommodation in Dublin if required.

Shipping & Delivery
We only deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland. All orders are usually delivered with 3- 5 working days of a completed order being received.
Returns & Replacements
We're confident that you'll be totally happy with any goods purchased from us However, should you need to return a product to us, please refer to the information below.
Any product returns must be brought to our attention by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of product being delivered. All goods must be returned to the specified address within 7 days of delivery to you. All returned product must be in its original packaging, in full working order and be in resalable condition. You must cover the full cost of any returns unless a product is proven to be faulty on arrival and brought to our attention within 5 working days from the day you received the goods.
If you have changed your mind about an item you must notify us within 5 working days from the day you've received the goods. The item you return must be in its original packaging and in an as new, saleable condition, complete with all manuals and components intact.
Postage costs are non-refundable
Unwanted goods returned will incur a handling / restocking charge. This charge is calculated as either an amount of €10.00 being a minimum charge, or 10% of the invoice value (whichever is the greater).
Damaged in transit
If you receive goods which have been damaged in transit, please:
Sign the delivery note stating the goods have arrived damaged
Report it to us within 24 hours of receipt.
